Welcome Break - keele services

Welcome Break required an end to end architectural and project management service for a new drive through unit within their existing lorry parking area.

We took the project through all stages from schematic to

hand-over to the merchandise team. Using topographical survey information to produce a detailed business project layout and budget to gain client approval.

Once this was done, we covered all key stages. Including services capacity & routes, way finding & vehicle tracking, construction drawings & tender packages, interior design, project management & finally, budget management.
