Prêt A Manger needed full architectural support for both their new store developments and their existing site portfolio.

Evolve undertook all the project scoping with the contractors involved and handled full management of the project tendering processes. The entire project management was taken away from Prêt A Manger to free up their internal resources. This enabled all stores to stay open whilst the work was being undertaken.

All projects were delivered on time and within budget, and Prêt benefitted from remaining profitable throughout.
