IBI Group came to evolve after having numerous issues with their previous architectural surveying company. The scope for this project was for accurate REVIT BIM L3 compliant survey information so that they could accurately plot additional buildings for construction to increase at Guys Hospital. After receiving inaccurate survey information, IBI then came to us in urgent need of a complete re-survey of existing wing elevations and plot layout.

Using out RTC360 scanning equipment we quickly got to site and captured the point cloud. We then sent this information back to our REVIT team who created the survey information requested, including updating the clients existing master survey model at the same time.

Thanks to our quick turnaround and ability to understand the brief quickly and effectively, the project timescale remained intact and as planned.
